PRIMUS CHARDONNAY
Wine with aromas of distinctive elegance and very good intensity. With aromas of distinctive elegance and very good intensity, and notes of notably ripe fruits that harmoniously blend with the proteins from ageing on fine lees and wooden notes extremely well assimilated by the wine. It has wooden aromas contributed by fermentation and ageing in French oak.
In the mouth it feels remarkably rounded and gentle, with a long finish, excellent structure and well-balanced acidity, emphasizing its velvety and ample mouth-feel.
A full-bodied wine ideally served with sophisticated and complex dishes, like pork, and particularly dishes based on white sauces, mushrooms, etc. Recommended storage time: 5 to 7 years.
