AGING / BARRICATED
French oak for approximately 24 months.

ELABORATION
Chosen at the time of harvest, lots are selected in each vineyard, then plants are selected in each chosen batch, then bunches that, once cut, finish fermenting in small French oak barrels, where they remain parked for approximately 24 months. Finally, those barrels that will be bottled are selected.
