the typical diversity of the calcareous soils of Paraje Altamira. The viticulture of this farm is practiced executing each task of the vineyard cycle (from pruning to harvest) oriented by soil type. In the heart of the vineyard is the Winery.

GEOMORPHOLOGY AND SOILS: Shallow alluvial soil. Surface horizon of sandy texture, and subsoil with large stones covered with calcareous, coming from the alluvial fan of the Tunuyán River.

TOTAL AREA: 42 hectares
VARIETIES: Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Bonarda Tempranillo
DRIVING SYSTEMS: Trellis
IRRIGATION: Drip
SOIL PROFILE: Super calcareous: Shallow alluvial soil, where large eroded stones covered with calcium carbonate predominate from a depth of 20 cm.
ALCOHOL: 14% vol.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 6 g/l
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.05 g/l
VINIFICATION: Manually selected grapes, destemmed and ground. Fermentation in frustoconical concrete tanks, without epoxy, with indigenous yeasts. Aging in barrels and concrete pools.
TASTING NOTES: Intense red color with violet hues. It expresses a great fruity character, with notes of red fruit, and a marked mineral character, with notes of wet stone and graphite. A wine with outstanding acidity and structure, a very long finish.
