ELABORATION
Micro vinification with whole grains, selected by a double selection process, fermented by variety, directly in new French oak barrels, with trampling and without any mechanical action, only the rotation of the barrels.

DATA SHEET
It has a dark red color. It stands out for its elegant and intense aromas of good ripe fruit, as well as notes of smoke, violets and currants. On the palate it is elegant and deep, with spicy notes, a fresh and consistent palate, as well as fine textures and a final aging.
