El Espinillo, at the top of Gualtallary, at more than 1,600 meters above sea level, is the estate that gives rise to this wine, the most challenging for the winemaker, due to the poor and difficult soils, but which ensure concentration, with elegance and a different character. On the nose, the red fruit, herbs and spices share the leading role. On the palate it runs with marked fluidity, delicate texture and a fresh finish. It leaves a long memory dominated by herbs and that takes it a bit out of the classic Malbec register, a sample of the different facets that remain to be discovered. The winemaker chose the term "wild" to describe this wine. It is because of the extreme area but the wine is undoubtedly elegant.
