The information contained in this Web site is considered 'as it is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we limit our liability to those reserved for consumer protections granted under statutory law.
We refer as “wine” to all enological product either red, white, rose, port, champagne or other wine product that is commonly accepted in the wine category.
We use a 100% payment system by credit card. Do not take out any transport without prior permission and payment of funds to cover the transaction.
We cannot guarantee the actions of third parties and exclude loss or damage caused by them (other than the wine itself).
We make every effort to comply with customs regulations of the United States. As a 100% for wines that are bought as souvenirs but do not participate in the service dedicated commercial wines. We carry out all orders in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country because of this wine all entries are subject to customs regulations. We consider NOT responsible for delays, reclassifications or forfeiture of any wine in any country.
We provide a guaranteed service. The warranty provides for the replacement or refund of the loss at the discretion of the company. If you cannot replace the wine, one of our representatives will contact the traveler to agree on an equitable solution. "Our maximum amount per bottle is reimbursed up to $ 500 per bottle, unless an exception provided by management is exposed."
If the failure wine reception in the destination country occurs, no refund shall be made once the wine has left the country of origin and be constituted as abandonment.
If we find impossible to complete the service on time for reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions, fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, act of government or other authorities, industrial action or actions of third parties not be deemed a breach of contract.

Shipments must go to a known address; local safety considerations may require additional time for shipping. No shipments will be accepted from individuals.
Shipments valued at over $ 500 per bottle valuation fee will generate 3% of the total value of wine. For all DDP (Delivery, Duty, Paid / Gift, an additional $ 45 shipping charge will be added to the order.
