Zuccardi Fósil expresses the terroir of San Pablo: the height and proximity to the Andes Mountains make up an environment with a cold climate - the lowest temperatures in the entire Uco Valley - which provides high natural acidity to the grapes. This factor, added to the alluvial soils with the presence of gravels with calcium carbonate, translates into this wine with austere and fresh aromas, but great texture, fluidity and elegance on the palate.
