This wine rested in new French oak barrels for a period of 18 months and then be stowed in bottles for a minimum of 12 months.

ELABORATION
Harvest: Manual during the early morning, in the month of April, at the moment of full polyphenolic maturity. Vinification: Grain selection manually, pre-fermentation maceration with dry ice. Delestage and post-fermentation maceration for 10 days.
