In 1976 our mentor winemaker Enzo Bianchi entertained family and friends sharing this Bianchi Particular from his personal cellar. The insistence of his loved ones to continue enjoying it, convince Enzo Bianchi to take it to market, always maintaining the spirit of his first vintage.

Deep red color with incredible violet tones, of great intensity and liveliness.
Its great aromatic intensity impresses, where notes of black and red fruits stand out, such as cassis and ripe currants, which are very well assembled with sweet spices, such as red pepper and black pepper, it has balanced notes that it acquires during its aging in oak, such as vanilla and smoked that finish giving it a complexity, which together with its freshness, make this wine an exceptional exponent of Cabernet Franc.
 Great structure and volume on the palate, with sweet, meaty, elegant tannins, balanced acidity, with a great finish on the palate that makes it persistent and harmonious.
