CATA's NOTES
Malbec is the emblematic red vine of Argentina that has found an ideal climate and soil in Mendoza. Finca Mirador, in Medrano, has the potential to be a true "grand cru".
Our philosophy is to work hard as necessary during the 11 months in the vineyard, to produce grapes that will need very little intervention during the winemaking process.
The location of the vineyard, the age of the plants, the work program and the water management to which the vines are subjected are essential elements that work in favor of the goal of making a wine that is a true expression of their terroir. His personality stands out through wine, harvest by harvest, with a unique, recognizable and repetitive character.
