LOCATION OF THE VINEYARDS

Tunuyán, Uco Valley 120 km from the city of Mendoza

HEIGHT

1000 meters above sea level

FLOOR

Loose silt of alluvial origin, with gravel in subsoil and calcareous sediments.

HARVEST

Manual in small plastic boxes of 12 kg

SELECTION

Dual band and vibrant band selection system

VINIFICATION

Fermentation in French oak barrels, with lees movements periodically. Store in barrels for 12 months.

TEMPERATURE

Serve between 8º-10º C.
