WINE DESCRIPTION
The inaugural harvest of this wine, 1997, cut by Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec, marked a milestone in the quality of South American wines, obtaining first and second place in blind tastings made against great wines of the world.
VINEYARDS
The Pyramid Vineyard: 950 m. Agrelo District, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Deep alluvial soil, with 30% clay, which lowers the soil temperature by an average of 2º C. Cabernet Sauvignon.
Adrianna Vineyard: 1,450 m. Gualtallary District, Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. Alluvial soil, covered by gravel and limestone deposits. Malbec
Nicasia Vineyard: 1,095 m. Altamira, La Consulta, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. Shallow, clay, with gravel and large oval stones. Subsoil: dry riverbed. Optimal drainage Malbec.

Total Acidity: 6.7 grams / liter
pH: 3.45
VINIFICATION
Fermentation in French oak barrels of 225 to 500 liters; 10% whole clusters and 90% grape grains.
