ELABORATION
Harvest: Manual collection in boxes between April 8 and 20. Vinification: Destemmed and milled grains. 10 hours of maceration prior to fermentation. 25 12 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 26-29º C. Maceration after fermentation. Malolactic fermentation: Natural.
