Parenting / Barricading

The wine was placed in French oak barrels of first use, where the malolactic fermentation took place, continuing its maturation in the following 12 months. Finally it leaked slightly, it was bottled to stay six months before going on sale.

15º to 17º C

Elaboration

The grapes were placed in stainless steel tanks, with a cold maceration for 48 hours. Selected yeasts were planted and a fermentation was carried out after which the discovery was made.

CATA's notes

A dark red color with violet tones, very deep and showy.

On the nose fruity aromas with notes of blackberry and spicy nuances appear.

In the mouth sweet entry with a slight smoke, powerful body and sweet tannins. It is a balanced wine, elegant and exquisite final persistence.
