VINIFICATION: Harvest made by hand in small baskets, then the grapes are selected to be used in the elabra of this wine. Special handling of the vineyard to obtain a deep flavor concentration. Cold maceration occurs before fermentation for 72 hours. The vinification process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 25 days.

AGING: The wine is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels. Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in American oak barrels, and malbec is aged in French oak barrels.

FINALIZATION AND FILTRATION: Looking for its maximum expression, the wine is bottled with a soft filtration. It remains bottled up another year before being released.

NOTE FROM THE ENOLOGIST:  This remarkable premium wine has its origin in a unique vineyard, in the highly considered area of ravines, in the Mendoza region. This area has an extremely stony soil and the interrior confers in the wines a greater concentration of fruits. The result is this exclusive blend of malbec and cabernet, made with great care. This premium wine has great disctination and exceptional potential.
