Two of the most representative varieties of Argentina: Malbec has
become the flagship variety, finding the ideal conditions for
grow optimizing their quality and producing powerful wines rich in color and
scents. The Cabernet Sauvignon, originally from Bordeaux, adapts perfectly to the
Mendoza terroir, providing its distinctive aromas and flavors.

ORIGIN / LOCATION

Finca Chacayes, Vista Flores, Alto Valle de Uco, Mendoza.

CATA'S NOTES

Intense garnet red color.
Intense notes of red fruits in balance with notes of coffee and chocolate from its stay in the barrel.
Complex, voluminous, with ripe tannins, balanced, highlighting the red fruit with notes of black flowers and leaving a long finish with notes of coffee.

THE VINTAGE

Like the one in Chile, our vineyard in Argentina has been subjected to a
year of rainfall whose levels are well above normal,
due to the La Niña phenomenon in the Pacific. The red vintages began
in early April with the Malbecs and ended in early May with the
cabernets sauvignons. The slower maturity allowed to obtain more aromas
and greater complexity. Our wines are very balanced on the palate and offer
powerful aromatic expressions. The 2013 vintage is marked by a maturity
slow and low yields in our vineyards (as occurs in the entire area
de Mendoza), which is probably the guarantee of great quality.
