VINEYARD LOCATION: Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, Mendoza

ALTITUDE OF THE VINEYARD: 1,200 m.a.s.l.

SOILS: Rocky, with the presence of clay and silt

HARVEST: Manual in boxes of 16 kg.

YIELD: 80 qq / ha.

VINIFICATION: Co-fermentation of both varieties in a stainless steel tank with indigenous yeasts for 10 days

AGING: In stainless steel tanks for 6 months

ALCOHOL: 13.80% v / v

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 1.8 gr / lt.
