DATA SHEET
Its dark and deep violet hue introduces intense aromas of ripe raspberries, violets, blond tobacco and earth.

The firmly structured palate weaves and intrigues with luscious blackberries and plums highlighted by a subtle note of vanilla.

Its fine, ripe tannins and balanced acidity leave a lasting impression.

BREEDING
18 months in French and American oak barrels and 70% new oak.

ELABORATION
Fermentation with selected yeasts in closed 8-ton stainless steel tanks.
4 to 5 days of cold maceration, total duration 27 to 29 days. Malolactic fermentation: With native bacteria in barrel, 3 months to completion.
