Once the grapes were manually harvested, a meticulous double selection process of the best clusters and grains was carried out. After careful destemming, a pre-fermentative maceration took place for 7 to 10 days in cold (-5 °C) and a total maceration of between 45 and 50 days. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in barrels.


Deep red in color with violet hues. On the nose, notes of red and black fruits such as plums and blueberries are perceived. Likewise, oral notes of violets combined with chocolate and coffee, provided by aging in oak barrels, stand out. On the palate it is presented as a wine of great character and fresh. Its elegance and liveliness stand out. It is an extremely captivating wine.
