LOCATION / ORIGIN: Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. Province of Mendoza, Argentina.

AGING / BARRIER: Method of manual harvest. Selection method double tape selection. Cold maceration at 8º C for 8 days; Alcoholic fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in French oak barrels for 32 days at temperatures between 26º C and 27º C, with 4 rammers per day. 100% spontaneous malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels at 22º C for 25 days. Vinification without stabilization, nor filtering, nor clarification; 30% bleeding. Aged 24 months 100% in new French oak barrels.

TASTING: It has a bright red color with blue flashes. The palate is unctuous, with flavors of red fruit jam, which can be perceived in the nose.

DESCRIPTION: Service temperature for this wine is between 16º and 18º C, storage potential 10 years. Decant for one hour before drinking. Keep in a cool, dark place, and without vibrations.
