AGE OF THE VINEYARD: 20 years.
 

VARIETALS: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
 

HARVEST MOMENT: April 18.
 

PERFORMANCE: 8000 Kg / ha.
 

HARVEST: it is done manually, in small boxes of 20 kg, in order to maintain the integrity of each cluster.
 

FERMENTATION: it is carried out at a controlled temperature of 26 ° C, with four daily lifts and a long maceration, for a period of 30 days.
 

BLEEDING: 10%
 

AGING: 100% of this wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. The final clarification is done with fresh egg whites.
 

GUARDA: 2013/2018
 

TASTING NOTES: Beautiful red with violet tones. On the nose it presents red fruits, spices and chocolate. A complex wine, rich with soft ripe and long-end tannins. It is recommended to serve with all kinds of grilled meats, pastas and cheeses. .
