Tasting notes: Attractive, intense purple color. A fusion of selected terroirs in the Uco Valley. A Cabernet Sauvignon that contributes minerality, spicy notes of black pepper, mint, and red bell pepper, and ripe tannins with good structure. The Malbec stands out with its aromatic contributions of violets, red fruits, mocha, and vanilla, combined with raspberry and blackberry jam and sweet tannins. A Cabernet Franc with bell peppers and black fruits, a notable presence of fresh grapes, and balanced acidity; these blend seamlessly with the fruit and character of the Petit Verdot. Aging in barrels results in notes of chocolate, coffee, and liqueur. It is a complex, elegant, velvety wine with an exquisite presence on the palate and a long finish. It is only produced in exceptional vintages.
