Varietal: 100% Malbec. Origin: Vista Flores - Tunuyán, Uco Valley. Altitude: 1,100 meters above sea level. Soil profile: Sandy loam and stony throughout. Winemaking: Selected vineyard sector managed using precision viticulture practices. Bud control and yields capped at 7,000 kg/hectare. Water restriction at veraison; hand-harvesting in crates. Selection of both clusters and individual berries. One *pigeage* (punch-down) in the morning and a gentle *remontage* (pump-over) in the afternoon. A single *delestage* (rack-and-return) at a density of 1.040, with temperature curve management at the core of the cap. Hydraulic pressing. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Maceration: 3 days of cold maceration; 25 to 28 days of total maceration, including post-fermentation maceration. Aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels, mostly new.

Tasting notes: Deep, brilliant red with violet hues. Complex, vibrant, and subtle on the nose, offering aromas of black fruit, red fruit, and baked apple, alongside quince, vanilla, cocoa, and coffee. Broad and unctuous on the palate, expressing remarkable personality and intense volume from noble tannins. Its characteristics define it as complex, approachable, and lingering on the senses.
